How do you get red spray paint of a concrete statue?

Elbow grease, and a wire brush.





Scrap off as much paint as you can, then soak the statue with some hot water. Take a wire brush, being careful not to damage the concrete, and scrub, scrub, scrub.





There are products made to remove graffiti. I'd just be worried they'd damage the statue.
