What can I do if I made the mistake of Painting Latex over oil base paint on my concrete basement floor.?

I just painted my new house, but because this was my first time ever painting I didn't know everything I needed to know....the rest of the house came out perfect but the basement floor I painted over was oil base and I used latex....Now the floor is peeling up and in some spots it looks like the floor is sweating, what can I do?What can I do if I made the mistake of Painting Latex over oil base paint on my concrete basement floor.?
easy fix here... use paint stripper. strip it back to the first finish , then re coat with an oil based concrete primer. then re coat with concrete paint ...... the reason they use oil is to repel water or stains... sweating is caused by heat plus water ..... one more tip vent when your stripping this old paint and take breaks to breath well . even wearing a good mask will really help you outWhat can I do if I made the mistake of Painting Latex over oil base paint on my concrete basement floor.?
That's not a mistake. Latex goes over anything. The best primer on the market is KILZ oil based, and anything sticks to it. The mistake was either in the prep, or not eliminating the moisture problem before painting.
Oh goodness;

There may be a number you can call on the can. =/ Or I would try calling your local dealer; as in ';home depot'; or ';lowes'; they should be able to help you out.
Have sex with it, because it will be safe now.
