I need to remove paint that is on a concrete basement floor+walls. It looks like a regular type of paint, nothing crazy. Just need a paint remover/stripper. It can't be oily since I will be applying a waterproofer/sealer to the bare concrete itself.Remove paint from concrete?
You can use a product called Rock Miracle to remove the paint. You will however have to neutralize the remover after before water proofing. or you could wire brush and waterproof over remains paint. You may also want to address the water problem from the outside first. Gutters working right? Soil pitched proper away from house ?

Go to home depot or a good paint store. They would know best and have the product on hand. They should also be able to tell you the best %26amp; safest way to do this.
you can use paint remover use gel not liquid as the gel will not run down the wall like the liquid.wear rubber gloves and windows open and if you dont want to get high wear a little cotton resp.but it will get it off if it will come off.get it at home depot lowes any paint store.
That will be a big job. Usually somthing that big i would consider a contrator to come in and acid wash it off with a high pressure hose and a light acid mix. But your basement might be a bit preciouse to do that sort of thing
