Need information for colors to paint concrete?
well i of your talkin about a patio then i would suggest you use a product made my banjamin moore called floor and patio paint or something, then you can get it in most any of benjamin moores colors, now if you talkin about garage floors then you will want to use a two part epoxy paint which most if not all only come in set colors and can be aquired from any pant store and most general hardware stores that sell paint. that the most i can help with out more details

best thing i've found is muratic acid. and all that does is lighten it up, with a lot of scrubbing. concrete is so pourous, it just soaks in. the acid etches the concrete.

If you put a skim coat or even tile over it , there is a good possibility that crack will transfer thur those products. The cement must be very clean and dry to paint, Using a paintable caulk that will fill the cracks and take the movement is your best bet. You can buy stuff to fill in the cracks before you paint it.
I would tile it or carpet it if you don't have moisture problems. If it does leak when it rains, forget about the carpet.
You can buy indoor outdoor carpet that can help warm up the cold feeling that you will get from all that concrete. If they get wet, then hang them out to dry.
First clean the floor very well using some vinegar and water. After it dries vacume out the cracks and use Quickrete Gray Concrete Crack Seal. It comes in a 1 qt. bottle at home depot by the concrete. Fill your cracks....let dry and sand smooth. Vacume floor to get rid of all the dust.
Get a gallon of Kilz-It water-based primer tinted to the color you want to paint the floor or the color of the ';grout'; lines if you decide to use masking tape to make a design with the paint. Paint the floor with the primer. Let dry and apply another coat. I use 1 part epoxy for concrete floors. Home depot sells Behr and it was very easy to apply. Have it tinted to the color you want. I applied 2 coats with at least 16 hours between coats. After that I sealed it with 2 coats of water-based poly. It takes about 30 minutes to dry. Then I put 3 coats of ZEP floor sealer on....30 minutes between coats and finally 3 coats of ZEP Heavy Traffic Floor Finish with 30 minutes between coats. Let it cure for 72 hours before moving any furniture in. I used a large sponge for wiping grout off of tiles to apply the sealers. It worked out great.
I did this in my garage and I can drive on it with no problems. Clean with a PH Neutral cleaner like Murphy's Oil Soap.

If you can, it's probably better to get tile for the floor instead. That'll look better and probably be more comfortable on your feet than painted concrete.

Get some cement patch. mix with water according to directions and patch away. I used an oil base primer first then just pick up a concrete paint and you can get the store to mix it to your color choice. lowes or home depot associate can help you find all this stuff.

Its 拢40 +VAT (拢47) for a 20Litre Tin. From what i have seen most places charge that for 5 Litres.
This paint is good stuff and did the job for me. Drop them a email or ring them.

What is the best way to paint a concrete floor?
Floors are tricky. It is tempting to use regular paint, but don't. It won't adhere well and might be too slippery. I suggest you get something specifically for concrete. There are brands out there. Ask at Home Depot or Lowe's. Also, like with any painting project -- primer is key. You MUST prime. Sure, it seems like extra work, but it is better than watching whatever you do peel off of the floor.

i used a wide roller it was fast and easy my kids even helped, and as we went we blew sparkle dust on it . it turned out really nice. this was in a bar i owned. have fun.
I wouldn't recommend painting it. The paint will eventually peel. I'd recommend a concrete stain. It comes in a variety of colors and turns out really beautifully.

Before painting any concrete, it is best to etch it with an acid for better adhesion.
I used dry lock etcher but i also believe Boric acid could be used too. Any Home Depot or Menards store could help with that.
After applying it, you leave it on for a half hour or so and then mop it up with water and let dry it completely.
Be carefull, this is acid, wear gloves and safety glasses.
Epoxy is best, but after mixing the two parts together, you have a short time to use it, so be ready to work.
My choice was the rust-oleum epoxy, they have epoxy for basements and Garages and an industrial strength epoxy.
The basement epoxy was not too fumey, but for my garage i used the industrial strength which its fumes almost knocked me out.
They also have paint chips that can be applied to the wet suface to keep you from slipping, but use sparingly, as they dont give you all that much. (Trust me on that one).
if this is a garage floor, be aware that while ordinary concrete is porous, any oil or water dropped onto painted concrete will be slippery and need to be mopped up.

If the concrete has already hardened, then your best bet is to let the car bake in the sun for a few hours then spray with water. Metal expands when hot compared to concrete. It should loosen in the sun then come off easy using your garden hose.
