Clean it and prime it. Then white paint all over (an outdoor paint). Then make a stencile of black stripes out of posterboard or anything thick. Spray paint the stencile so the stripes will show on the concrete. Do it all over to give it a zebra effect. Then apply a sealer with a roller effect. Go to your local sherwin williams or smaller family owned store. The big box store sometimes dont always have an experience person on staff.I want to paint my daughters concrete bedroom floor in zebra print can this be done?
Yes. If you are painting directly onto the concrete then use a primer first. To be on the safe side, use out-door paints to avoid deterioration, but air out the room well before having her sleep in there.

Good luck.
Make sure you clean the floor well then apply a primer then paint as you would like then sealing it should help from pealing and wear. Good luck hope your daughter enjoys
that would suck having a concrete floor screw painting it and seeing cracks everywhere buy her some freaking carpet.
Yes it can be! Sounds cool!
your daughter is so lucky!

that will be the coolest thing ever!
Yes, your wonderful effort will turn out beautifully! Take care to clean the floor well and to use a very rough sand paper and then a medium and finally a fine sandpaper on a block to smooth down the concrete surface if it has rough little bumps. Clean it very well by vacuuming and then maybe steam cleaning or scrubbing and then vacuuming again to get it really clean.

Mark out what you do not want to paint and use lots of painter tape to carefully outline the edges of where the paint will be. Or go wild and paint away to your heart's desire! It will be nice and orderly if you plan it and get complimentary colors, prepare and clean the floor well, paint as you want it to appear light colors first, then any darker colors after the light color has dried completely. Finally the darkest colors to finish up, and then cover it all with a good clear semi-gloss or satin finish sealer, or a high-gloss sealer if you are planning to keep it clean as a dinner plate, to enjoy all that shine when you are not busy scrubbing and buffing the high gloss finish.

So plan it, then get good supplies and paint like Sherwin-Williams or Dunn Edwards or Behr or Benjamin Moore Paints or Frazee or Griggs or premium house-brand paints at the building supply store or warehouse outlet, and the type of sealer you are going to be satisfied to have. Prep it, paint, ventilate, paint, ventilate, ventilate, then get it sealed and fully cured, and enjoy it.

The computer color matching station at the paint supply or home building supply can match anything exactly, and then give some complementary colors that will look right. Try that and see if you like the color combinations the computer picks to match your main color.

The floor will be cool or cold in the winter so plan to add a big throw rug if bare feet will be walking in that room on winter mornings.

Oh, you can try a closet or the corner of the garage or the garage or a work room of a friend or relative first before you work on the bedroom if you wnat to give this project a trial run, to see what equipment supplies and techniques are needed.
