Should I sand blast paint off of a concrete deck.?

I have tried scraping it with ';Jasco'; and a razor scraper and it just seems to be taking too long. Should I sand blast? How does one work.Should I sand blast paint off of a concrete deck.?
Go with a power washer. You can rent them by the hour. If you sand blast you must be very very careful as this will pit the concrete.Should I sand blast paint off of a concrete deck.?
Sand blasting will work wonders and it's not hard work. You can usually rent the machine. It works by pressure, similar to a pressure washer, except that instead of water it uses a special type and grain of sand that will clean things such as concrete, brick, metal, wood and will also etch glass. It can also be used indoors.
Sandblasting will work but be sure to follow directions and warnings closely. Wear a mask, gloves, long sleeves and don't let any part of you get in the way. Be sure you use a sand that is designed for sandblasting or the nozzle will clog with even the tiniest pebble...i.e. use Silica Sand or a purified sand and screen out any tiny pebbles. Test it on some obsure part of the deck to see results...once you are used to it it works great but you can easily pit the surface if you get too close with the nozzle.
i wouldnt sand blast it, use a pressure washer...
