With a curbside address, make sure the cement is clean and dry and use a stencil and some rustoleum spray paint. What type of paint is best on concrete?
They have CONCRETE paint. Just ask the people at Home Depot or Lowes.....

Clean the concrete VERY good from all oils and other substances. Powerwash... Then let it dry really good....

I use to stripe parking lots by hand.

The Stuff you see on the roads actually had GLUE mixed with it.... (Interesting the people you meet in jury duty)
acrilic nylon paint mixed with watercolor ----paint brush!

if it was spray paint i would use the one that will wash away in a week, use the brand.... pro dynamic-36 if not just use house paint in high light colors!

=^-^=
i'd go with aerosol %26amp; a stencil . it should prove to be the neatest , no clean-up %26amp; should be easy for you to do . tp. mullin
We painted the curb outside our store (so people wouldn't trip over it) with Tremclad rust paint. It seems to last very well, even with people tripping over it (sighs)..
