What type of paint should I use for a mural on an outside concrete wall?

I have been asked to paint a mural for a local nursery. The wall is outside, made of concrete and is 660 square feet. I'll need a huge amount of paint and I need it to be weatherproof. Does anyone know what is the best type of paint to use? I'll need quite a few colours and want to make it as cheap as I can without cutting corners.
