What type of paint is best for basement concrete walls?

My walls have not been touched and I want to add a little warmth to the basement. It is dry and not musty at all. Is there a sealer or base coat I should use before any color is added? What brand might you recommend? Thanks!What type of paint is best for basement concrete walls?
When you paint basement walls be sure to use a thick nap roller because you want to be able to get into and fill the small craters and hair line cracks often found in concrete walls.
