The powerwasher idea's are right in the ballpark but go one futher and rent a wet sand blaster that will take it off 2000 psi is right. All this is, is a small hopper that you put washed sand which the rental place will hook you up with. This attaches to the powerwasher. Blast away let dry and sweep. Got a power washer? If you do and it puts out about 2000 lbs pressure, its a snap. A few times, I have just taken my spraygu and water and have done the same thing. If it has dried[the paint], there is no easy way but with a power washer. Sorry----

if you have a pressure washer you can get it off but it will take some time and you'll have to use a high pressure nozzle
Use paint remover, the cheapest one you can find, just roll or brush on, leave until paint dissolved, hose off. May have to go more than once. Can grind it off with a portable grinder, but I think this would be harder and change the surface of the driveway.
try using a heat gun to peel of the paint
