How to use letter and number stencils to spray paint on concrete floor?

I was asked to assign parking spaces in the parking lot in an apartment complex. I was using stencils to assign spaces to the tenants, but every time i use the stencils, it would always bleed through the stencil and ruin the number/letter i was spray painting on the floor. You can see the number/letter, but it is hard to see it. Is there a specific way to use the stencils like tape it down so it cant bleed through or something? thank youHow to use letter and number stencils to spray paint on concrete floor?
What are you using for stencils? I usually use a manila folder, and spray lightly in several passes, rather than 1 heavy pass. Hope this helps. How to use letter and number stencils to spray paint on concrete floor?
Dampen the stencils first, they stick to the pavement and since they are wet the paint has less chance to bleed through or blow under.
Stop using spray paint. Go to a good paint store like Sherwin Williams od Dutchboy and get you some traffic paint. It comes in various colors. then brush it on.
