Go to Sherwin Williams and ask. You need to determine if the concrete is sealed or not. Pour some water on it. If it beads up and does not soak in, then it's sealed. What kind of paint would I use to paint concrete flooring?
Your local home and garden should have several options including paint and stains specific to cement. Depends how opaque you want it etc. Use a good name brand like Behr or Benjamin Moore .
Clean flooring thoroughly, grease, stains or peeling paint, prime the floor with a long-handled paint roller using a concrete binding primer, make sure the primer is completely dry before painting, usually takes about 8 hrs., paint the floor with a epoxy based paint.
Go to the hardware store they have a variety of paints just for cement.
