Buy a good enamel paint, and mix in some clear varnish with it. Should hold up for years. I've use it on many of out door porches. You cold also just put a good coat of varnish over the paint, it will look a lot more shinny, but may also to slick with wet feet.

Can anyone recommend a quality concrete paint for a bathroom , kitchen and hallway-all are high traffic areas.?
