laquer thinner or varnish remover. Use a stiff brush. Scrub with hot water %26amp; rinse, maybe a little soap. Can i use paint thinner to get paint off of concrete porch floor?
If it's latex paint, you can use rubbing alcohol. Pour it on the drops/splatters, let it set for a few minutes, then scrub with a plastic scrubbing brush. You may have to repeat a couple times, depending on how thick the paint is on the concrete. This has always worked for me.
If it's oil based paint, you'll probably have to go with a paint thinner or one of the citrus based removers.
