How do I get gloss paint off concrete slabs?

I accidentally got some gloss paint on some concrete slabs it has fully dried and will not come off!





I have tried using turps, isopropanol alcohol, sand-paper and a jet-wash, nothing works!!!





Do you know any ways of getting it off?

Jasco gel paint remover containing methyl chloride. Do Not get this on your skin. It burns like AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!, but you can wash it off.
