How do I paint concrete walls?

I need to paint concrete walls in my basement, but I'm not sure what kinds of paints/primers I need. Also, can someone give me an estimated price per gallon of whatever? Thanks. How do I paint concrete walls?
RustSeal by KBS Coatings is the perfect paint that will seal out basement moisture. It is known for its industrial/auto applications on concrete %26amp; warehouse floors because of its toughness but is perfect for basement walls in the home too. It actually seeps into the concrete and interlocks with it as it dries. It is moisture cured so it loves to seal out dampness and dries rock hard %26amp; becoming harder with continual exposure to it. Comes in colors like gray or off white. No topcoating is required but you can with any paint. Gallon covers approx 200 sq. ft with 2 coats. Cost $106. Free shipping. How do I paint concrete walls?
You can go to a store where paint is sold and tell them what you intend to do.

Since I have no idea where you are thats the best advice I can give.
i would not paint concrete, it will not last, concrete is not made to be painted.
