How do I remove smeared in paint streaks from concrete pores?

I was painting of the front of my house, when the wind blew up my drop cloth just as paint streaked and dripped from my roller to the pores concrete. You can try a product called Sidewalk and Driveway Cleaner. You can find it at a hardware store. When you are at the hardware store, ask an ';OLD guy'; there. Maybe he can recommend another product. If it's oil based you can use paint thinner in concentrated amounts if it is not fully dry. If it is dry you might need a pressure washer to get it out. They rent it and it isn't that bulky or hard to use.
